BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia has been shifted from the cabin of Evercare Hospital to CCU (Coronary Care Unit) due to coronavirus. He was taken to CCU at 4 pm on Monday. A member of Khaleda Zia’s personal medical team confirmed the information.
The doctor said, “We brought Khaleda Zia to CCU as her breathing problem suddenly increased.” Now his condition is a little better.
After Khaleda Zia was admitted to the Evercare Hospital in the capital on April 26, her doctors told her to stay there for one to two days. Earlier on April 11, Khaleda Zia’s corona came positive. If the sample is submitted in the second phase on April 25, the corona is detected positive again. But her doctors say Khaleda Zia has no symptoms. So he is being treated in the non-covid zone of the hospital.
After her admission to Evercare Hospital, the hospital authorities formed a medical board headed by Sahabuddin Talukder to treat Khaleda Zia. Besides, FM Siddiqui is already leading Khaleda Zia’s personal medical team. Khaleda Zia is undergoing treatment at the hospital with these two medical boards.
